Short Summary of the interview:

According to Erika, one of the main factors that has the potential to improve the learning experience for all students is the cooperation between the various actors involved in educational processes. Teachers, psychologists, pedagogists and such should support the students and their families in their educational journey, while working more closely and exchanging their expertise in order to enrich the teaching practice. Another key point is to move away from traditional language teaching, in favour of an approach that is as communicative and immersive as possible, including the use of new technologies that help make teaching even more inclusive.

Most important statement

“If we overcome the stereotypes about learning differences, then we will be able to find effective strategies for teaching approaches that are suitable for all students, therefore truly inclusive”.
