She tries to find topics that students are interested in and focuses a big part of their lessons on that. An example of this is when a student was interested in cooking, and so they studied recipes.<\/p><p>When she deals with ADHD students, she tries to redirect their energy towards the lesson.<\/p><p>She uses a variety of means to help her students, such as videos, songs, picture books. Her goal is for her students to be able to express themselves in the target language and not to just fill in exercises in the books.<\/p><p>Nazela doesn\u2019t like grading students.
